There are 2 options where roofing is concerned, pitched roof or flat roof. Both offer different advantages and disadvantages so finding the right one for you is important decision for you building. The flat roofing, we can install for you are ideal for small buildings or structures, mainly for domestic use in areas with high winds or where certain levels of access or purpose are needed that pitch roofing simply cannot offer.

Flat roofs are ideal when easy access is required for maintenance. It’s very acute angle, no more than a few degrees, make walking on top of the flat roof very simple and safe when access is needed to install a guttering system on a structure for example. Lighter than pitch roofing, flat roofing will cause less structural strain on the building’s external walls and its foundations which could lead to a building wall becoming damaged and breaking under the strain if weakened.
